Company: La Portegna
Role: Designer
Year: 2014 - 2015
Project: With Spanish heritage at La Portegnas core, there were limitations to reaching the UK customer, which we wanted to eliminate with a new identity, tone of voice and direction.

Joining the La Portegna team during a re-brand process meant that I was a key component in executing the new identity, and aiding direction to the creative agency on their process to uplifting and modernising the brand.
Working with a creative agency on the core rebrand process, aiding their design direction whilst independently working on the offline assets, packaging, POS and in-store/window vinyls.
I managed the web development process, from design sign off to testing and final launch. As well as ensuring all tone of voice was up to date and inline with the new brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

We introduced a new brand colour, a bold earthy tone. Inspired by vegetable tanned leather, a material at the heart of the La Portegna brand.

Developed 2 logos, one logo for use on digital and printed assets. That makes a statement on the shop front to weekly newsletters.

The other for use with our products that works as a ‘stamp’. Embossed in brass or laser cut into soft leather.
